We are always looking for experienced and competent Captains with strong technical skills for our 22-meter yachts on the Côte d’Azur, Caribbean and North America. As a Captain, you are responsible for the crew and the safe operation of the vessel under strict international rules and regulations. All crew members working on board are under your command. You are responsible for the management of the yacht owner’s valuable property. As a charter captain, you must ensure that all guests on board have a pleasant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- The safe navigation and operation of the yacht
- Responsible leadership of the crew with respect to teamwork aspects
- Diligent supervision of the vessel’s maintenance
- Welcoming and entertaining guests if required
- Planning and calculation of yacht trips taking regulations, weather conditions, capacity and customer wishes into consideration

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of experience on board
– Hands-on mentality / independent work style
– A charismatic, authoritative personality with good etiquette
– Excellent navigation skills
– Experience and understanding of maintenance and technology
– Strong accounting and IT skills
– The willingness and ability to perform small reparation tasks, if necessary
– The readiness to support the crew, if necessar

We are interested in hiring motivated and friendly Stewardesses with outstanding cooking skills for our 22m yachts on the Côte d’Azur, Caribbean and North America. Your duties as a stewardess on board will mainly consist of maintaining the interior of the yacht and looking after the guests. You will also be accountable for the service aboard and the well-being of all guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– General management, cleaning, organization and control of the interiors
– Ensuring the preparation of dining and living areas of the yacht for the guests
– Ensuring that supplies needed for the maintenance of the yacht are on board
– Grocery Shopping
– Preparation of meals and beverages
– Serving meals and beverages to guests
– Maintaining neatness and cleanliness in all areas of the yacht
– Some duties on deck under the captain’s command

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

– At least 1 year of experience on board
– Excellent communication skills and optimistic personality
– Energetic persona and ability to adapt to the required motion on board
– Excellent manners, ability to work in a team and strong organisational skills
